Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, target oriented strategic sales manager, who will be primarily responsible for driving the complete sales department along with growing the revenue, managing and mentoring team and setting up the process. Develop and implement a strategy to create a pool of buyers. Develop and maintain strategic buyer relationships. Work alongside the senior management team in contributing to overall business objectives.

  • Developing strategy to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and expand a portfolio of individuals and bulk buyers by networking and marketing.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Analyse latest market trends and closely track competitors.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
  • Responsible to lead sales department and setting up process.
  • Maintain a pool of buyer’s list to ensure smart and quick selling.
  • Promote the company’s offering aligning with client’s/prospects requirements
  • Should be confident to meet or exceed the targets.
  • Mentoring subordinates to improve their performances
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Ensuring the team is following the set processes.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Must have working experience using any sales CRM.

Required Skills

  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
