Job Summary

Sarvabhishta E-waste Management Private Limited is looking for a Finance Manager responsible for the financial health of a company. Producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research. Guiding senior executives in making sound business decisions in the long and short term.

Strategic Role

  • Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and objectives of the company.
  • Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
  • Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
  • Prudently make investments on assets that maximize returns.
  • Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.

Decision Making

  • Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
  • Comparing and analysing the current performance with the previous year’s financial statement.
  • Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
  • Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
  • Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
  • Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients.
  • Navigate purchase team to take profit making decisions in buying with past data.

Functional Role

  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
  • Manage the financial statements like balance sheets and profit/loss statements and cash flow statement.
  • Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues.
  • Mentoring and guiding Accounts Executive in day to day accounting operation.
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
  • Providing leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization; creating and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
  • Developing relationships with external contacts such as auditors and solicitors.

Skills & Qualification Required

  • Qualification: CA/ MBA in Finance
  • Experience: 5 years or More
  • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, SAP, and other financial planning software.
